Nearly swallowed a twist tie that was inside my sandwich. Disgusting and unacceptable.

I am downgrading the service because it is non existent in every Panera I have gone to since covid started in early 2020. Customer service however is still pretty good. Being your issue to the manager and it is delt with promptly. However, you have to ask if you want them to follow through with an offer.
Panera is what it used to be years ago. Service and the quality of the food not that great.
