Worst experience ever the soup is basically mashed potatoes and the sandwich was burnt and I can’t understand how they messed up the water cuz the label clearly said water but soda water came out

I’ve been coming to Panera bread for many years. Most of the time I come people are always friendly and food is better than most fast food options so I leave happy. Today my experience was bad. I tried to order side salads for my guys and even though sign stated pick 2 or more for $4.99 I was told I could not choose 3 salads for my options. No where does it state that I have to choose different option on the sign and thought it would be nice to give my guys all a lil salad too to accompany their meal. I enjoy Panera however this location is very inconsistent, sometimes the orders are wrong and more recently the quality of the food is not great we received a breakfast sandwhich with an avacado as hard as a rock just a waste. I barley order anymore.
