Unbelievably rude and unprofessional manager that pushed back against me picking up my wife's mobile order, which was under her maiden name instead of her married name, even though I had the confirmation number. Originally lied and said they didn't have the order before accepting they did once I produced additional emails. We used to really enjoy Panera Bread, but lately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Orders frequently arrive incorrect or missing items, and the lack of quality control has made it unreliable. *edit to add: 20minutes wait at the drive thru to pick up a drink isn’t sustainable. If yall want to be efficient, if someone ordered at the drive thru and their order is taking 10+ minutes, perhaps yall could advise them to go park while the order is being prepared. I deliver for this location often. Everyone is friend and fast to help. This location is always clean and quiet.
48 minutes after ordering through the app, we finally got our food. Do not order on the app! The store did not recognize I had even ordered, until we had waited 28 minutes, and questioned the manager why it was taking so long.
