I quit going to Panera for a while after the quality of food and service continues to decline at all of these food chains. Stopped in here and this is the Panera I grew to love! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our food was FRESH and quick. Gave 4 stars because the dining area was dirty and the pop machine was out of Dr Pepper but everything else made up for it! Great location I hope they uphold this level of customer service
The tables are always sticky and not clean. The seating it torn up in several places.
Update 7-11-2025 Gave this place a shot again. Mistake, never sat so long in a drive thru, took over 30 mins to get 1 car done, luckly i was second in line. Sadly i was trapped in the drive thru or i would have just left. I saw 6 other cars leave the line while waiting. I thought the car ahead must have a huge order. Nope, one small bag, took 32 mins. What a joke. Panera corporate needs to step up and police this garbage, for as much as it costs it should be lightyears better than this garbage... 5-9-2022 Manager was useless... read more
Honestly never had a bad experience here. Food is always correct, the inside area is clean, and everything always comes out in a timely manner!
