I never get acknowledged at the drive through when I come here past 5pm. Today I waited 5-10 minutes at the drive through for my take out order… no response whatsoever. When I went inside to pick it up, everyone behind the counter was involved in their own conversations and ignored me as I stood there. The employee, Kaylee, in particular was very rude and unprofessional, as she seemed extremely annoyed that I showed up at all. Accuracy matters at this location. The hostess Danielle is very kind and excellent at customer service. The dining area was very clean and the lady that made my food did a fantastic job and she remembered me. I felt welcomed. My experience was what dining at an establishment should be. I will gladly frequent this Panera location. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.
I love the food and the customer service
Walked here, egg souffle was cold! I ordered on the kiosk and still had to tell them what I ordered. Coffee station was a mess. Workers all seemed to be gathered out back not caring there was customers.
