Got a black bean soup, drove 20 minutes only to find that it was literally just broth. No beans at all in my soup. Lol. Like really?

I don't normally write middling reviews of places, but my family and I had such a strange experience at Panera. The service wasn't terrible, but everyone felt disinterested and disengaged, and we were only one of two groups in the place; at one point, the server completely spaced out while I was placing my order, and I ended having to repeat it.
