This was a super friendly location. The manager (I believe) waited on us and was very friendly and suggested I try the new steak sandwich. It was really good. The customer service was awesome!! Unfortunately I didn't get his name but I enjoyed his customer service skills.
I have never given a single star rating to any establishment, but it is completely ridiculous that this Panera allows people to bring their pets into the restaurant without asking them if the animal is actually medically required. This location has a drive thru which should be used for pet owners. More importance needs to placed on the customers who are allergic to dogs. This policy is unacceptable for any restaurant.
Really unprofessional experience with the manager this morning.
I ordered two goddess salads ahead of time and picked them up at the drive-thru. When I got to my final destination, I noticed there was no chicken on either salad. I guess I need to check my orders before I leave the store.
