Placed online order at 12:45. I finally asked about it 110. She said they were behind but I noticed many people go to register to place order and got their food within 10 min. I think they didnt even look at the order til I pointed it out. Order came out at 1:25.Food was good, but had to wait too long.
They have their occasional rough patches with their employee quality, but eventually, they straighten things out and get a good team working together
This was a very disappointing experience. We went through the drive-thru and ordered an Asiago bagel and a Cinnamon Crunch bagel, both toasted, with a side of cream cheese and butter. Instead, we were given three completely wrong bagels—a plain, an Asiago, and an everything bagel—and none of them were toasted.
