I always order to go because this location is close to my job but there is ALWAYS something off with my order!! Today i asked for a extra pump of flavor in my ice coffee and on top of it being half full of ice and not filled to the top, it tasted like strong espresso which tells me they didnt put the extra pump in. Or ill order a breakfast sandwhich and the bread is burnt. The elm Rd location in Warren is great! They never miss! I'll go out my way just to get my order right over there. I purchased soup and sandwich through the drive thru and sat in on passenger seat. I drove less than a mile to drop off to someone, they opened door and grab the bag and I notice my seat was wet and basically at that same moment the food fell through the bag. I called to let the restaurant know what happened. The foot was decent but since they closed down the local fresh dough facility and started shipping the dough frozen it doesnt seem the same. The Sandwhich was noticeably smaller then it was before with less on it .
