Absolutely disgusting experience. I am a regular at Paneras all across the country and had been going to this one on and off for a few months. I ordered a salad as a mobile to go order and when I arrived home and opened the salad it had this nasty cigarette smell 🤢. I tried one bite of the salad and it had an overwhelming taste of smoke. Avoid this location!!!!! Still haven’t heard back from management I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future and id advise you do the same
Disappointing experience. Our sandwiches took about 15 minutes to arrive and were served cold, suggesting they had been sitting out for some time. While we waited, the staff seemed more focused on joking around and dancing than monitoring orders. To top it off, the coffee was poorly made. As an out-of-towner who rarely leaves reviews, I’m sad to say I wouldn't recommend this spot.
