I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. An employee made eye contact with me, saw I was waiting, and then assisted someone else instead. I was completely ignored and not acknowledged. Basic customer service starts with acknowledging the person standing in front of you.
Getting into the parking lot csn be challenging using GPS. The county added a barrier preventing left land turns. Staff were friendly and polite. This is the first Panera I saw with the "Select your Coffee Machines." The machines need to be calibrated if you get a 20 ounce large and select leave room for cream, it does not leave any room.
Awful! All I wanted was a yogurt parfait. Today was the last day it was ok to serve. Should have been yesterday! I will say....The manager did refund the whopping $6.14
