Food was great , the guy at the window. Was a after thought 🤔 because I was looking in my bag tn make sure I had everything,says to me Oh mam. Here's your bread . Roll no gloves no paper no nothing just hands it to me and kept pushing..... Wow but all in all The rest was awesome Sauce C.E.O
I placed an order today from the Panera app on 4/11/2024 at 8:49am. I arrived at the drive-thru around 9:10am. They asked for my first and last name, which I provided, and I even showed the worker the app to prove I placed an online order. However, I was told someone else picked up my food, which was a lie, they simply hadn't noticed the online order. Management, please investigate. Thank you. *I did get my food, but I had to wait much longer than expected.
Sometimes, the cashier should listen. Luckily, I ate inside because one of the orders was missing. I should have checked the receipt also.
Need new manager. And cooks. Too much conflict. Didn't get my order correct even after two times. Would not got to this location... mutiny from cooks don't listen to older man 22 minutes in drive thru bull snot.
