i love panera! i went this past sunday and had such an amazing experience! this girl rhiane helped me in the drive thru and she was super kind and made sure my order was correct. the food was amazing as always. hope to come again soon!
Had a half Frontega, what was that?? A mini small miniature of tasteless nothing!! A very, very small sliver of what supposed to be chicken, and not good at all, this is not what it used to be, I cannot believe I paid $8.49 for that miniature of a sandwich, with no chicken and two rounds of tomato, no, no, no!! I cannot accept that, I didn't take picture but I'm willing to order again and confront management about it (And my friends chicken avo melt was meaningless as well)
My soup was extremely cold. And im 10 min away from this location and my uber driver was not out for delivery long enough for my soup to not even be warm at all. It feels like u took a can of soup from the freezer and served it. Very frustrating as this was gonna be my first meal that ive had in 3 days and i cant even eat it. Not my first issue at this location . I will not be reordering or ever going back to this location.🤦♀️
I had a bad experience here. I ordered the Tomato Basil Blt with extra bacon. When I got home each sandwich only had 2 pieces of bacon. It was $4 extra for bacon. A BLT should have bacon on it. I really only tasted the tomato slices due to being three slices on each sandwich. This sandwich should of been called a Tomato sandwich. Not BLT. This was my 1st visit to Panara. I will not be back. I do not recommend this sandwich shop.
