Rip off! 9/3/2025 6 pm We ordered 2 drinks and a salad for 25+. We both ordered the pomegranate Hibiscus which we have ordered before. Neither of the drinks tasted like they were supposed to. We were still in line waiting for our salad so when the employee handed us our food we told him about our drinks. He offered to put more sugar which is unacceptable since I have diabetes. The problem is too much water in the mix. He did not offer any other solution. I won't be back.

This morning I went and got a bagel and cream cheese. When I got home and started eating it I noticed the cream cheese taste was off. I looked at the expiration date and the cream cheese was expired August 5, 2025. Today's date is August 16, 2025. It was completely inedible due to the cream cheese tasting rotten. I called Panera right away and I was told that it was a busy time to speak to the manager and if I could call back later.
