I usually have a good experience at Panera Bread, but today was disappointing. I ordered mac and cheese for my little one, and it was cold when we received it. The bread that came with my salad was extremely hard. My kids also wanted dessert, so we ordered cinnamon rolls and a chocolate croissant. Unfortunately, they tasted like they were more than two days old. They were dry and not fresh, which was very disappointing.
