Had a great time picking up a Chipotle Chicken Avo melt sandwich, chai latte and I got a free dessert! The guy who rang me up was so sweet and he let me get the JUST baked everything but the kitchen sink cookies instead of just a pastry. Very sweet. The sandwich seemed to be bigger than normal. Love it. Will be back as usual.
The last 3 times I have ordered online over the last 6 weeks, they have been VERY slow. Online orders (lunch time) are taking 45-60 mins. This place is obviously having staffing issues. All 3 times, their board had 2 pages of orders. They can't keep up. Avoid during busy times. The bread used for the turkey sandwich was way under sized. Not sure what is going on at this site.
I went to Panera yesterday 8.11.26- it was the worst service experience I have ever had there. It took almost 30 minutes to get 1 sandwich. It wasn't busy. It was 10:30AM and I watched 5-6 workers walking around in circles, not communicating with each other or customers while I watched food get cold on the counter. There 4 orders just sitting and nothing was coming out. Also when did uncovered hair become acceptable in food service 🤔. The workers were not rude, they also weren't working.
