I love Panera I’ve been going to this Panera for longer than u can remember and I’ve never had a bad experience. Lately I’ve been liking there tuna sandwich’s and there brocli cheddar soup these two are my go to Panera items
Spent over 45 minutes waiting for our to-go order, mind you we only ordered a bowl of Mac n cheese w/ a baguette plus a cup of Mac n cheese. No apology for the delay, no explanations, nothing. They just called our name once the food was done. When we got it, the pasta was room-temperature to touch/taste. I will definitely not be back here & would not recommend it to anyone else. Overall experience was beyond poor.
Came here at 10am. Only ordered a bagel and a latte. It took 30 minutes and I had to ask about it several times.
Worse manager, angry and rude! I ordered a couple items with my hungry kids including one ham sandwich with no cheese and we found a bread with cheese only! Drove 15 minutes back to store and faced with a rude and angry manager. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake! We’re are old customer of this location but this is so crazy.
As someone with food allergies, I was surprised and disappointed to learn they do not take certain precautions. I was told they clean knives/plates/cutting boards every four hours. Anyone that takes the risk of ordering out will understand what potentially could be very serious **Please make sure when ordering that you say you have allergies**
