The system to pick up food is not so efficient.
Poor service, always out of stock on ingredients, & have you waiting too long for your order.
Besides the nice guy who took my order the entire experience has changed. Down to the bread. I asked a random employee about this and he agreed. He said everything’s changed including frozen bread. It was actually disgusting and Panera has officially became what everyone jokes it is online on social media. Nasty hospital food. Dont bother yall
