the worker nathalia is so sweet, and she gets my food fast, and she gives off a good energy,
Worst customer service at this location. Screwed up our order and gave us attitude when asking for the missing items. Wanted me to show proof.
Very poor customer service from my experience during my visit (7/13/26) Can’t understand how isn’t possible to get a side of veggies with my kids meal, even when I offered to pay for the side! Unhappy personal. Please offer healthy choices for kids, specially at a hospital, hospital should push a third party company to offer better menu choices. Not impossible!
I travel a lot to many hospitals across the US. Today I met a wonderful employee at Panera, Debra (Debbie). She went out of her way to make sure the facility was clean and all her customers were taken care of and happy. I don't see this in many places, but Debbie did an amazing job! Panera is lucky to have her! Keep up the great work Debbie! Thank you!
