The absolute worst location I have ever been to. Ms. Leo Moore said that all employees at the location have only been there for a few months and service is crap. If you complain then she will yell at you land you will get banned from this cafe with no trespassing. Don't ever expect good service or a polite atmosphere at this location.
I frequent the Panera Bread in Lake Worth, Tx. I am always happy to hear Natalie's voice on the drive thru. She is amazing, helps me thru my order after asking me for my phone number for rewards. Always letting me know what rewards I might have. She is an amazing salesperson. Thank you, Natalie for being the best. I love me some Panera.
I called because I was missing something that I thought I had ordered but turns out it never made it on the order. The manager said to me,, I can't help you maybe try ordering your F'ing food right next time. I will never give them another dollar.
Went to Panara Bread today for lunch. The wait was not that great, acceptable, but not great. Meanwhile I had to ask two different people for someone to come clean the table. The one lady said " I will as soon as I am done ringing up these customers" REALLY!! They have no one else to wipe the tables?? The cashier Mark didn't give me my cookie and when I asked it to their manager (Lizz) said to me she had to asked Mark first. I spent more than $60 for our food and for a cookie which is under your promotion it seems that I will be snitch about it. I got to know that this cashier is also a supervisor and plus he is chewing GUM while taking my order. Is this the management running for a restaurant for a customer service is at first. The food is okay at this location, but the behavior of SOME of the staff members is unacceptable. A few of them are very loud and their content is unacceptable for a Panera environment. Me and other people have noted things being said that are not appropriate for mixed company and children. No one should have to listen to unacceptable things while they’re trying to enjoy the food they’ve purchased. You pay for the whole dining experience. Not just the food.
I buy the Southwest chicken salad every time I go. No tomato, no avocado no bread I want chips instead. Today somebody was not reading the order correctly.This is what I got. Normally I would give a four star, but today only a three because of the way they messed up my order.
Went through the drive through this afternoon. Why are the people at the drive through not aware of what the restaurant carries in terms of food. I asked about desserts and was told all they had were sugar or chocolate chip cookies. I wanted a cinnamon roll. I got my order - salad was sideways in the bag causing it to leak. We are frequent customers at Panteras in Shelby Twp, Grand Rapids, and Muskegon, so we have a general idea what to expect, and the Southfield (Telegraph Rd) Panera we visited on Friday, 2/6/26, around 4:30 p.m.. was way below expectations. Why? The floor around the cash register looked dirty and had napkins scattered around.
