For starters, I will choose similar places if I’m ever in the mood for this type of food again. I will not be back. I took my 3 small children here, and discovered that I have to 1- order for myself, 2- serve myself, and 3- clean up my own table. Where’s the customer service? Almost every time at this location, my food is never right. I order through the app so this location is the only one that will deliver. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, and the last time I ordered it, they sent me Italian dressing this time. It looked great, except for the fact that instead of Parmesan cheese, it was Feta. Something is simple as a chicken Caesar salad and it comes down to not knowing the difference on salad dressings and cheese. I don’t eat Panera but their bathroom was clean
Been to this location several times now. Experience has been as expected each time. Staff was friendly and food was prepared correctly. This location is slightly further than another from my house but they do a better job, so I go here instead.
