Went for a quick coffee. No hazelnut, ok, no decaf... No creamer. She said 5-10 mins, It has been 15 at least and still no creamer
For starters, I will choose similar places if I’m ever in the mood for this type of food again. I will not be back. I took my 3 small children here, and discovered that I have to 1- order for myself, 2- serve myself, and 3- clean up my own table. Where’s the customer service? I spent $50 on a cup (yes- not a bowl) of soup, 3 cups of mac & cheese, and a sandwich. That much $$$ for them to offer me a piece of bread as a side?
