I've never had a bad experience at Paneras. Good value for your dollar. Welcoming staff, clean and cozy environment, and delicious food--love their agave lemonade!
Expensive but so delicious! The You Pick 2 Caprese sandwich with ranch Cobb salad...it was amazing!! Wish I could go everyday but at nearly $12 for lunch, that's a hard no.
Kind of frustrating when I have to make two trips so that I can get my entire order. For the amount of money spent, I definitely went back to get the food that wasn’t with my order. However, I shouldn’t have had to make two trips if they had simply checked the order before claiming it was ready. They should also be more mindful of ratio on soup they’re giving out, $5-7 for soup and you give me primarily broth! Ridiculous. Other than this, food is decent. Wish the customer service and menu was how it used to be a decade ago.
