Didn't order food but the service seemed fantastic along with customer service and management. Would come back anytime
We order bagel packs every Sunday morning. Catherine, the manager dismissed us completely this morning walking directly past us at the front counter to grab herself a drink. Never spoke a word. We then waited for another employee to assist us. I had already received that the order was ready for pick up however, it was not. Service was a little bit slow but overall good experience!
Bad bad bad customer service .I’m asking for sandwiches and soup and waiting 15 minutes and my order is just soup .. i say where the sandwich they said oh it’s soup.. they say sorry it’s human mistake 🤣 bullshit and the want to order again and wait 15 minutes ..
