The food is good and the staff are very kind. I am giving it a 3 stars because the bathroom is quite gross, and looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in forever. Otherwise, I would recommend coming here for breakfast or lunch.
The coffee here was the worst I ever had in my life. It was sour and tasted sickly-sweet. The expresso machine was broken. The smoothies come in a carton and are bad. The bathrooms are kinda mouldy. The only decent thing is the hot cocoa and it's lukewarm. DO NOT GET THE HAZELNUT COFFEE IT TASTED SOO BAD!
It was meh. Flavor was good. Bread was so stale it hurt my mouth and the staff barely spoke English. First time to panera, thought it was bougie for some reason. Won't make a trip back
Food is okay but there is not enough staff on cash to avoid long waits and the tables are grimy with dishes piling up.
This is a wonderful place to visit in all seasons, especially during winter, where you can enjoy delicious soup paired with fresh bread.
