Panera continues to provide healthy and tasty meals but it is an overly expensive restaurant. It's also located in the most out-of-the-way place in town, not great for either take-out or dining in. Closes early at 8 pm. If you order online check your order to ensure it's correct!

I really enjoy Panera, it’s unfortunate that so many of them have closed so I was happy to see one in Kingston while visiting. The service was polite and efficient. Our food came quickly and the restaurant was clean. Pretty standard as a franchise. I tried the Harvest Salad with chicken this time which I was very happy with. I’d go back again. Their Mac and Cheese and Creamy Tomato Soup is the best.
The place was nearly empty, yet dirty dishes were piled on tables and there was litter all over the floor. One employee even sat down to eat lunch between two tables full of dirty dishes. It raises serious concerns about how clean the kitchen is. When I asked why the place was such a mess, the manager claimed they had been busy.
