The food was not good and the prices and portion were not favorable. First time and last time to me.
Took over 20 minutes to get food, and employees ignore you when you try to get their attention
Shout out to Ms. Tracy at Panera Northpoint location. A simple act of kindness. She was amazing not only offered me water but brought me my cup of coffee I forgot to get. Being human is all we need!!!
I am an Activities Director for a Senior Living Community, and I took my residents to this Panera Bread for lunch this afternoon. The entire staff was so helpful and patient. There is one specific woman (I wish I could remember her name - she said she had just started this week). She in particular was very helpful and constantly checking in to make sure we were all good and enjoying our time. She offered assistance and made us extremely comfortable.
