I always enjoy stopping by Panera Bread—it’s usually a special “mom day” treat. Today was no exception. The food was fantastic, and the person who took my order had such a bubbly, fun personality. I didn’t catch their name, but they made an already lovely experience even more enjoyable.
Team manager Travis treated us like an absolute inconvenience when we walked up. After attempting to order(which took about 15 minutes because he doesn’t know their Owen menu items) he visibly got pissed off becuase they were out of a certain kind of bread. We both told him any substitute would be fine and that was still clearly an issue with him. I’ve eaten here many times and have never had a good experience with him.
