I got there an hour before closing and the place was really clean. Team members were very friendly. One even took the time to catch me in the parking lot to bring me a drink that I forgot, saving me from being in trouble when I get home.

This Panera Bread has a lot to learn from Chipotle and Chick-Fil-A, and if it continues to operate the way it did yesterday (Aug 5th, 2025), then I cant imagine it stays open much longer once all of the new restaurants in Embrey Mill open up around it. It’s been several years since I’ve eaten lunch at a Panera and the reason why is their inconsistent quality. They grew too fast, got too wild with their menu and ultimately used to do a very poor job in delivering a quality product. So, this one opened not too long ago and I decided to give it a try.
