The gentleman, Alex was very kind hearted and he did go out his way to make things more than right on behalf of his workers! We came back from an hour drive and we received our order from Panera and only got half of our sandwich by mistake so I went back there to ask for just one half of the sandwich and Alex who had expressed sincerity for my mother (who’d just had surgery yesterday) and our order. Haven't been to Panera Bread in years just because we moved further out in the county. Tried the new location and it was great. Service was friendly and fast. I will say I do not like the change to the bread for the Turkey Bacon Bravo sandwich. It used to be a thicker slice of bread that I thought was heartier when you ordered a full sandwich. Now it's a thinner or normal slice size but you get essentially two sandwiches when you order a full. Same flavor and I enjoyed it, it was just a change. Honestly it's probably better ... read more
The workers here were very nice, especially the manager. And the food was delicious!
Note to self: "Stop going to the South Stafford Panera Bread." This is at least my 7th or 8th time going through drive-through where my order is wrong, overcharged or missing parts of the order.... This order has no cheese in the French onion soup and no croutons. Also ordered a spicy fiesta chicken sandwich- not a single piece of chicken on the sandwich.
