Long wait while one cashier fumbled around (she seemed like she was very new) and multiple employees stood around laughing in the back. The person working the cash register gave me one price but the screen said another. What kind of place does this? Ordered a dozen cookies and got home to find I had gotten the wrong ones. The employees are real geniuses here.
I went to pick up a rapid order, and waited 10 minutes after the supposed pick up time before I asked am employee where my order was, it was then I found out my order was just sitting back there not even closed. I don’t appreciate this and I noticed that it had happened to a few people before me as well. Fix please
While I was waiting for my DoorDash order, I noticed a lady an elderly lady who is trying to get help at the register and was treated very poorly by a transgender individual behind the counter who said it wasn’t their job to take their order and they were too busy with something to help the lady.And said that the person was taking order Was busy in the back and she would have to wait. I don’t think this is how elderly people should be treated just because they cannot order themselves on the kiosk.
