I saw nothing but a hard working staff and a few rude customers. But thank you guys my food is great.
Walked in on a Saturday with my daughter who wanted a pastry. We sat up at the order station for 4+ minutes without any acknowledgement. Finally decided to use the self service screen, which is clearly what they expect but have no sign telling you so. Waited another 7+ minutes for someone to come out of the back to put on an apron and gloves to package the order and walk in across the room to another pickup station.
