Ordered the Greek salad tonight for dinner when I got home with it there were hardly any toppings on it. What little they did put on it was all over in the bag. The bread was so hard I could not eat it. Waste of my money! Will not be going back again.
This is my second time going through this Panera and not being satisfied. The first time I got a couple breakfast sandwiches and they came with toddler sized proportions. This time I got a blueberry lemonade and got purple water. I’ve reached out to their “Customer Service” department and nothing was done. Fix your problems.
This isn't a traditional Panera Bread, it's an express rapid pickup location and should have something in its name to indicate this. I am traveling through and deviated 13 minutes from my route for the normal Panera Bread experience with booths, warm lighting, with the cafe vibe. I should've went to a Starbucks.
