I would give USF's Panera ZERO stars if I could. Ordered food over 30 minutes ago, just to arrive and be told "order not received" despite having a display of the online order and my CC charge. Never again. Now not only do I have to order from JJ to go, I also need to contest the $8.59 charge on my CC. In addition to the fact that they 80% of the time get the order wrong and/or forget a vital ingredient (french onion soup with no cheese or croutons, for example, is literally a bowl of onion broth)

Favour is so sweet, the best employee!
Orders are consistently 10+ minutes past the marked "ready" time. Many of their customers are employees on the clock looking to grab their cup of coffee and go before their next meeting/appointment. The inaccurate marking, long wait, and declaring of orders on-screen as ready before they are put out is a significant barrier. As a result, orders will disappear from the screen before they are received as well. All around ineffective.
