Orders are consistently 10+ minutes past the marked "ready" time. Many of their customers are employees on the clock looking to grab their cup of coffee and go before their next meeting/appointment. The inaccurate marking, long wait, and declaring of orders on-screen as ready before they are put out is a significant barrier. As a result, orders will disappear from the screen before they are received as well. All around ineffective.
I usually come here because of the sip club; that’s about it. But otherwise, there’s a big risk of your food getting stolen if you order from the app. Panera should think about investing in greater security. However, the service overall is decent and there are plenty of comfy chairs here for you to rest & work. I’ve had food here a few times and I never had any problems with it here. Overall, I will keep coming back here.
I just love Panera. The food tastes so good and I love the U Pick 2 so I can enjoy soup and 1/2 a sandwich. Great deal and super great soups and sandwiches.
I remember getting food, someone else grabbed my package and they didn't even bother to remake it. I got the fountain drink but the soda fountain was broken, so I had to resort to their bad coffee. Not many choices in that facility that day, or I would've picked something else.
Very clean..super friendly, attentive staff.
