It is clean inside but a little slow and mac and cheese is always good
It seems like the prices climb higher and you get less food. I would love to have my bowl filled up to the top with soup that I paid for. i usually end up finishing the baguette at the same time, I finish my soup. But since they give you less soup, I have a leftover baguette. Plus I don't understand why these restaurants have to keep it so darn cold in there!
The food is good but the service is awful. It sucks that when you place a rapid pick up, it's not rapid at all. I used to be able to walk in and get my order from the to go shelf but now you have to stand in line for the food you said you were picking up at a certain time so they can get it for you. I walked to the back to ask for my to go order and they told me to ask the cashier. Sure I will go wait in a line of 5 customers when I said I would pick up my order at a certain time. This location is always subpar. Missing ingredients, drinks either out of order, or containers empty. Now, the chain has dropped the value duets which have always been a great deal. Now the very same meal averages $4 higher, shame on you Panera!
