The person behind the counter didn't say hi smile nothing. Had his hands in his pockets. The food was Great!
Went through drive thru, was charged a gratuity ( why) ? And without approval....also thankfully I did not lift out of sack till I was home because the lid was not on completely and my salad spill out into bag. Maybe employee should get paid correctly for there job and not rely on customer to paid for what is the employee job description any way Love the food, company needs to stop sneaking in charges like this. ..
Very disappointed with my experience. I did not receive my full order, and even after showing my receipt, the staff refused to give me the missing items. On top of that, the food was bland and lacked flavor, and the employees were rude and unhelpful the entire time. Poor customer service and not worth the money. I will not be returning.
They don't give you your full order and then lie about it saying they did and basically treat you like a liar. Food and coffee is mid anyway save your money.
