Why does everything in this town suck? I’m visiting for the weekend. I placed an order through my Panera app. I get to where I’m staying, just to find out my Asian chicken salad has no chicken. There is no way to get help to make this right or get a partial refund.
Never again. If the food is terrible, atmosphere and service doesn't matter. The avocado toast had an extremely thin layer of avocado on it, and the seasoning overpowered the avocado. The cappuccino was a poorly made latte -- way too much milk.
The ambiance is so comfortable. But the person taking our order seemed really unhappy to be there and the food was shockingly skimpy and carelessly prepared. Barely any avocado on the avocado toast. The espresso drinks were fine but not great.
