The food is good. The staff was nice but not super friendly. She was not rude in the least. She was just going through the motions.
Great food. New fireside chili is very good.
Employees and manager were rude. Turned off the pop machine at 8 pm and I could not get a refill
Jillian was the cashier and she was so super friendly and helpful. She offered me fruit as a side instead of bread which I didn’t know was an option. And also told me the cookies were 50% off. I don’t usually get any pasties or cookies but she was so sweet I bought one to take to my kid.
My server today was Jillian. Today and each day she's at the counter, she is friendly, efficient, and always brightens the mood. She does a phenomenal job and I hope this location values her customer service skills and loyal service. Thank you, Jillian!
