They are online order only right now. No signs or anything. Wasted a good 15 minutes when I could've just ordered at the drive thru kiosk..
Wrong address. No panera here. Panera is on the other side of the street on Garrison ave. This needs removed from google maps. Got my wife lost til she saw it across the street
Terrible service! What’s the point of offering mobile ordering if you’re going to lock the door and have your customers get in the drive-thru line and wait 30 minutes? I was shocked to find the door locked & once in the drive-thru line there is no way out! I was late returning back to work. I called 3 times when I was in line with no answer. Absolutely horrible... don't place an online order here if you don't want to wait for a scheduled pickup for over a half hour. Also, they do not answer the phone- don't try and call. Shame on you Panera Linglestown- don't offer curbside pick-up if you can't do it during a lunchtime. EDIT: After trying to go in the door was locked, had to wait another 30 minutes in the drive through. Was given cold soup and watered-down drink, no refund for missing items or the hour of my life wasted. Please avoid this Panera.
