I went into the restaurant this morning and unfortunately had a bad experience. This isn’t the first time that this has happened to me with the same staff member. This is the reason for me leaving this review. When I went into the restaurant this morning, I proceeded to order two cinnamon bagels. Three employees were joking and laughing when I approached the counter. Finally, as one turned to me and, wiping the smile from her face, bluntly asked "what can I get you?" Every exchange was borderline rude from there on. Suggest you search for a business model, maybe Chick-fil-a and search for best qualified employees. I will not return to the Kingfisher Drive store.
Nora was amazing excellent customer service and taste in coffee drinks. She made an amazing dirty chai and was kindly patient when I was deciding what to order/recommended really great options. She is great to the team and am happy with my interaction with her!
