Got my Panera delivered… packaging was good but Baguette was was a loss item in the bag
This location is great! The food came fast even though they were busy and all of them are really pleasant, especially Kenya who brightened our day.
They were out of my order and the manager acted like she couldn’t refund me for what they did not have and was also rude about it. I had to be adamant that I wanted a refund- terrible customer service
I had such a great experience at Panera Bread this morning! I originally went to Starbucks, but they didn’t have what I wanted in stock, so I decided to give Panera a try—and I’m so glad I did. The food was better, the prices were more reasonable, and the chai was honestly the best I’ve had in a while. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a great start to my day—I’ll be coming back!
