Wonderful food and wonderful people! Krishna was an amazing help and not only helped me save money and learn about their catering, but also took the time to email me some coupons as well! She's awesome and genuine!
I’ve had a bad experience here the last two visits. The first time, I paid on the app and items were missing and the manager refused to give me a refund. Shame on me for giving them a second chance but today I went and and waited 15 minutes for my order and they didn’t close my soup all the way and it spilled all over my bag and ruined all the food. Panera is good but go to killian road or Lexington instead, don’t waste your money here…
They could not make change with bills and gave me $8 in quarters, dimes, and nickels. What a mess! The server that rang it up could not count change and laid it all out on the counter in groups of 1 dollar. Not well managed store. The manager should see to it that all registers maintain the correct amount of change and make sure people that are handling money know what they are doing. I wonder if they balance at the end of a shift.
2 people, a cup of soup and ½ a boring meat/cheese sandwich, the other a bowl of soup Both a bottle of water.... $30. They're eventually going to price themselves out of business Asked someone to clean a dirty table, seemed to be a challenge...
