Rude. One of the managers has tendency to intimidate customer and makes up her own rules. Hot water is cold and taste like coffee.

Had Potato soup and spicy chicken sam - so good! And they have drive thru!
The guy that has taken my order most of the time has been very rude, he has told me I cant order the family fiest at the drive thru I need to order it online. The online does not allow me to make modifications which is needed for my allergy. When I come there is hardly nobody in line or in the lobby. I believe someone needs to have a conversation with him to do better at customer service or youll lose service. All of about 10 pieces of lettuce. A meal that costs $14+ and getting such little food is insane.
