Was very disappointed to find out my soup, Mac n cheese, and bowl were super under filled. Half cups and no protein in the bowl. Need to retrain your employees or have them pay more attention.
I am not quite sure I’ve ever had a worse experience anywhere. I ordered my food, and when I got it my bowl for my salad was dirty and my lettuce was rotten. I asked them to please give me a clean bowl and said to please take out the rotten lettuce. They basically just flipped my salad into a new bowl and sent me on my way. I visited the other day and was greeted by Max. Very polite, very nice! He wasn't able to assist me right away but did acknowledge me when I walked in. Shocking! Max thanked me for my patience and asked for my order. Then ... wished me a great day! I know, simple. But good customer service you SELDOM see these days.
