Disappointing experience at this location. Service issues. My order was not prepared correctly and I get attitude and a sob story excuse from the manager. Customers shouldn’t suffer if they don’t have enough staff or teenagers working in the kitchen. Do better Panera. Ordered a chicken poppyseed salad for pickup through Grub Hub and specified that I wanted butter with my baguette. Checked the bag when I picked up and no butter so I had to ask. This Panera Bread never lets me down. My order has never been wrong, even when they're packed. It's always clean inside, too. Needless to say, my food is always tasty!
Whoever is making food on Saturday 8/15 in the evening hours needs a raise. Give them a raise. The food makers.
Ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad. Wonderful, so many fruits & almost too big to eat it all in one setting.
