Two of the kiosks did not work, so I ordered at the counter. Only to not receive what I ordered. Ordered a fireside bread bowl - chili to only get a bowl (not bread) of chili about half filled and chips. Came for the sourdough (because it is awesome) but got overcharged and disappointed.

Horrible customer service! The bigger male staff that typically works the window in the mornings and the manager are just awful. Very rude, impolite, and unprofessional. The staff member does not know how to read and repeatedly gives me the wrong information. If your staff can’t do their job, get different staff. Do better, Panera bread.
