Stopped in for a fresh lunch today. Not very busy, which I was surprised by. Ordered 2 salads- one chicken salad with Italian dressing, half green goddess with chicken. It took a long time to recieve our food, although there were maybe 3 other patrons. Three people working, manager walking back and forth, sipping his drink. I recently placed an online order through a third-party app for pickup at Panera Bread, and while I expected a simple, smooth experience, I left feeling incredibly disappointed—more so as a parent who believes in basic respect and courtesy. We orders 2 of the new seasome chicken ginger market bowls. At first it looked really good. Once we mixed it up there was nothing but arugula. We assumed it would be a chicken bowl with brown rice and veggies to include the arugula. Not a damn salad. There was barley any rice. Why advertise the brown rice ? We also had 2 drinks. There was one car in front of me at the drive thru I have been sitting here for 15 minutes. This is ridiculous. Never go here if you have to be on time to work.
