We were very disappointed with our sandwich. There was very little meat and all bread. We will not be going back again. This is what are sandwich looked.
Worst Panera in the Springs. Ordered the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich through mobile order and picked up in the drive through. After getting back from picking it up I open it to find, no cheese, no bacon bad veg and put together so sloppily someone must have had their eyes closed. I also ordered a pomegranate hibiscus tea which was also made completely incorrect. The complete order for one sandwich missing two main ingredients and an incorrectly made tea was $21, absolutely ridiculous.
Got to the drive thru and sat there for nearly 5 minutes before someone finally took my order of 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. I then sat at their pickup window for nearly 35 minutes. Food came out and I went home. Opened half of my sandwich up, and it literally had 1 tomato slice, a tiny olive sized piece of cheese, and mayo. Literally nothing “garden” on their garden caprese unless the one tomato is what they meant. Dear Panera, As a loyal customer for many years and a former Sip Club member, I feel compelled to share some feedback about a concerning trend I’ve noticed. What was once a rare issue has become consistent: your hazelnut coffee is either unavailable or cold regardless of when I visit. This is particularly disappointing as someone who specifically joined the Sip Club for this offering. We love Panera but.... this one is bare bones. Minimal breakfast selections and pastries. Ordered with the kiosks. One worker in the front and a couple in the back cooking.
