I’m literally tickled after that experience LOL. Carol is an absolute angel, made my whole day.
Update: this location has improved since my last review - they haven't been out of any product in the past 12 months, and seem to have addressed the blah attitude that was consistent in the employees attitudes, hence the 4 star rating on service and food. The atmosphere is still the same rating - for some reason they play the music for the store a bit loud - loud enough to get through my ear buds and make it difficult to hear them. 40 min wait … for a soup?
I should have known by the horrible rating for this location, but it all made sense the second I walked in. Nobody was there to greet you or take your order, your only choice is to use the dirty digital kiosk to place your order (and the audacity to ask for a tip? LOL). I then couldn’t find a single clean table to sit at, so I when I went to find napkins to start cleaning, they were out.
