This location is consistently going downhill. The staff is friendly but the order is consistently wrong. No Gorgonzola on a salad you say? Here is extra. Half Frontega Chicken sando did not have the appropriate portion size of chicken. Literally one bite of chicken. Items frequently left out. Panera as a whole has issues. Prices are way too high for the quality they are putting out. Do better please.
What happened to Penera? Portions are tiny, baked goods taste like they are baked from frozen and soup tastes like it comes from a premade mix. Extremely disappointed in what used to be a decent lunch spot.

Ordered half sandwiche with bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. Soup was WATERED DOWN. Sandwiches was so small that a child would not have been happy with it. All this for $20!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Panera has gone DOWNHILL and is OVERRATED. Could have gone home, made the same and better quality and quantity for a fraction of cost!! Beware of their cost cutting tactics. Also, my shoes were sticking to floor, even in bathroom! Disgusting.
