Can not get an order right to save their lives. Have tried multiple times. 1st time they forgot half the order and then the second time there was no steak on the Steak and Wake. Complete incompetence, front and back house!!!
This Panera is hit or miss. Sometimes absolute great. Fast and tasty. Other times like rn I’m 30+ min waiting for my order. The other annoying thing is it’s like impossible to get the drinks now. If I go up to the counter where they’re so busy making food and wait and wait and wait and then like beg them to get your drink cup. If I have to wait 30 minutes for you to make one sandwich and there’s only about eight people in the restaurant I should at least be able to get a drink cup without hassle.
The slowest drive thru of all time. Took over 30 minutes to get food after ordering. Oof.
Very disappointing and honestly embarrassing customer service. I was under the impression from Google research that the birthday bagels were something customers could receive as a birthday perk, but what they don’t make clear is that it apparently doesn’t even include cream cheese unless you pay extra. I just went in to get some bagels. The kid working the counter hasldna fantastic attitude. The bagels themselves were a little stale and dry.
