They drown in a tea cup. It used to be if you asked for a simple bagle and cream cheese they could dispatch it fast. Now it is dispatch in the back behind a long line of customers waiting for orders

BBQ Chicken Salad is delicious
This Panera is less organized, less clean than other Paneras. They also run out many menu items: soups, baguettes, even point/rewards cards. People are nice but not quick.
