Like Panera...I stop at different locations... at this location they are friendly BUT slower than Molasses...we waited a half hour for 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese to go...seriously my coffee turned Luke cold...and this is the second time on a second visit ....???? FYI ....It wasn't busy ...it was about 7:30 am.....?????
I only come here when I have a gift card cause they are you expensive but I just want to say you should not have a rapid pick up lane option if you are just going to close the lane and make everyone wait in one line. What’s the point of ordering ahead if the person in front of me is getting their order first. Also order the chocolate croissant and it was stale and hard and very small for almost $5. worker told me id get a challenge reward. a guess that i believed. i did not get no reward and spent 30$ expecting to get 10$ back. manager could not even provide a 10$ gift card to make up for the workers false guess. bad service
