⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the Panera Bread on Nazareth Road in Easton. Carma provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. It's always refreshing to be greeted by someone with such a positive attitude and a warm smile. Thank you, Carma, for making my visit such a pleasant experience. Panera is fortunate to have you on the team. Keep up the amazing work!
Im not one to write reviews, but this Panera definitely has great service. I work at Red Robin so I like to walk across the street for break, today was phenomenal. I ordered through the app and got a $5 off my purchase reward for a bagel and a cookie coming out to $0.69. When I got there to receive my order I got two bagels and a cookie for 70 cents. The price is incredible and I love their salads. If you’re in the Easton area, I highly recommend going to this location.
I wanted to say better but the location definitely is having staffing issues.
I was craving a salad that looked delicious with avocado. But to my surprise and disappointment, there were only a few tiny pieces of avocado, and they were hard. It wasn't ripe at all. I explained, but they never offered a solution. So, those salads that look so good in pictures aren't the reality at Panera. What a shame!
