A little bit dry chicken, but done well.
Food was above average for panera and staff was friendly (even under stress of lunch rush). They managed to get food out in a timely manner, however it was easy to see they were rushing (seemed too understaffed for lunch rush), messed up both my order and my friend's (did not modify as ordered, ex. No cheese, but got cheese).
Wasn't familiar with the menu so specifically asked the young man at the counter for help with pricing because the menu said pick 2 and every time I would pick something, the price would be WAAAAY higher than presented. He was so not helpful, he had no idea how to explain anything to me and didn't help me get the meal I was looking for at all.
