I went to this Panera 20 minutes through the drive thru. I ordered a tomato basil blt, my mom ordered a turkey bacon bravo. We waited for about 10 minutes at the pick up window for someone to ring us out and give us our food. Once we got our food, I noticed that on my BLT some of the lettuce was rotten, the bacon was like cardboard, there only seems to be regular mayo on the sandwich (not garlic aoili) and the pickle that were given looks like it was run over a few times...the turkey bacon bravo had all the meat folded on it... read more
