This is got to be one of the worst run stores I've ever been to The management's horrible The teenage employees don't care they end up with an attitude as well I don't know what's going on with this place but avoid it all costs.
I'm not 100% sure what happened to this place, maybe new management? But, the drive-through is horrible now. It's hit and miss when you get some new young employee who has an attitude or just a dry personality. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Also, bring back the chicken teriyaki bowl!
I live near here and visit often and although it is not perfect I still have no problem with the staff and know they are doing there best and I appreciate it! Please keep it going and know it's much appreciated 👍.
UPDATE 2: I have had quite a few decent experiences since the one fully negative experience, so I wanted to update the star rating to a higher rating since they're been pretty solid ever since. UPDATE 1: I waited a full 13 minutes today for a cup to fill my drink. I was the *only* customer on the board and waiting. I saw a total of 9 employees / vendors and they completely ignored me. Love Panera. But I cannot eat here. The young kids are extremely rude to the point of meanness and all they want to do is play with each other and ignore you. Horrible experience. There seems to be no supervision ever.
