Panera just isnt what it used to be. Blueberry lemonade was terrible, sandwich was terrible, the salad i got was good (but had to use dressing from home since they didnt include it) They dont sell the sugar cookies they were known for - or at least they are out literally every time ive come here in the last few years. Such a shame because this place used to be amazing, even when orders would get messed up. Now my order is mostly okay and it still sucks...
I never have an issue with food quality or customer service. The food is hot and always tastes great. I ordered the broccoli and cheddar bread bowl.
Quiet place to eat and do some work. Food was good.
Aisha who was on cash was the sweetest thing ever. She was so smiley and complimented me and made my day.
