This is my favorite Panera! The staff is warm and friendly! My family eats here at least 3 times a week.
I waited over 15 minutes in the drive through for a soda water. Bless this staff for being patient because the person in front of me in a white Mitsubishi probably should go find a minimum wage job to humble themselves and learn how to treat others. I’m sorry Panera staff at this location. You deserve better.
Accidentally stole someone's order at the pickup window because I was on the phone and not paying attention. I felt super bad because the staff had to remake it after I touched it but the manager didn't make me pay for it. I come here almost every week for Avacodo toast because how fresh the avocado's are and how friendly the staff is. Sorry again for making you guys remake food and thanks for always being so friendly.
