This review is for Jesi Who was super helpful as I send my aid to pick up stuff for me all the time at least once a week at Panera and she will get on the phone and help me cause my aid doesn’t really speak English well at all and it’s very frustrating but Jesi We’ll take the phone and get my order correct and make sure it’s exactly what I want. Great staff, awesome food.
Food is usually good but sometimes I get some gross congealed Mac & cheese from this location. The dining room is ALWAYS dirty, from dust in the pickup area to dirty tables. The staff is not super helpful, and I almost always have some frustration when I try to pick up a mobile order. The way you get your cup if you order at the kiosk is kind of annoying too.
