Panera must be buying the cheapest coffee in the world. I am used to organic coffee so I rarely buy their coffee. It tastes like chemicals. A couple of time I came across Half n Half spoiled. Turned me off completely. As to the Staff, they are hard working people, and yes, overwhelmed, you can easily notice it. The employer should take notice of it. Florida is not a slave state. Hope this review stays so customers can be informed.

Went there with my sister for dinner. She left her Pocket calendar on the table. I tried calling up to see if anybody could retrieve it. Nobody at the location answer the phone after trying multiple times. I called the corporate office to see if they had a manager's phone number or somebody who could look for it. Corporate office representative did not care I said the only thing I could do was drive to the location. Not good customer service, The food was okay for fast food. Definitely won't be going back there.
