Ordinarily, panera rocks. The staff here don't! Not particularly friendly. And no hazelnut cap. Where's Starbucks??

Apparently Sunday afternoon is training day for new personnel, 20 minutes for a hot chocolate.
The food is good but they have no concept on how to hustle when it's busy!
1/2 Chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato, onion ,and bravo sauce on multigrain bread with broccoli cheddar soup
If you're staying, ask for your hot chocolate in a mug :) just like home!
try the bear claw, its amazing!
