This location is probably the worst I've been to, one employee up front who seemed chained to the register, not very friendly and didn't seem to want to actually move from there to wait on me as I was looking at the sweet's. Prices are also outrageous for those items.
Today I visited a Panera, I have visited for years. The difference is not good. The service was great. The food was ok, not great though, and the bathroom.was a disgrace. The dining area is outdated, and it feels more like an IHOP then a Paneras anymore Food is not as good as it once was. Panera is definately struggling,
Food was very good. Their diet soda needed syrup and said it would be fixed soon. Didn't happen. No explanation.
