We were disappointed in this Panera. We did the drive-through and should have checked our order before we drove away. Got to our picnic place and found no napkins, no baguette that we ordered, and REALLY skimpy salads with hardly any chicken in either one, and an over-the- hill avocado in one. We aren't used to such treatment from Panera. :(
