don’t get your bagels form here they suck
They sent the text my order was ready, but it was not. I thought someone had accidentally taken my order. Staff was no help. Finally my sandwich was ready, but was made wrong, so I had to wait even longer to get my order. A woman also had her salad made wrong. This was the slowest Panera I have been to in a long time, and as a sip club member I eat at a lot of Paneras while I travel all over.
**** AN UPDATE***** Kaley Crofoot, "manager" emailed me and apologized and promised a gift certificate.... Two weeks later and nothing as of yet and has ignored my emails. I'm not looking for her gift card but it goes to show the professionals running this location. We Waited 15 minutes for our food, it finally came up and it was wrong. Other people had the same issue.
Hands down thr best Panera experience I've ever had. Evan and his staff were friendly, kind, courteous, and helpful. Dining room was spotless, as well as the bathrooms. All other Panera locations should look to this location as an example to follow. 10/10
