For heaven's sake, DON'T order delivery from this location. It's definitely not a priority w/the William Cannon Panera crew and it shows. Always late or mis-delivered (I have a photo one of my previous Panera orders that was left out on the highway somewhere, lol!!) ***edited to add; it's COLD! :( That's it for me, Panera, sorry.
Great location, kind staff, food always good.
No customer service at all! I waited at the bakery while an employee was on his phone instead of helping. So I left. Disappointed Wm.Cannon location
