Came here for lunch with my wife today and we had such a good time! I got the Ciabatta Cheesesteak (subbed smoked pulled chicken instead of steak, added avocado and feta) and it was honestly so good. She got the Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich and said it had the perfect amount of heat. The Strawberry Basil Fresca with extra strawberries is a must-try if you haven’t! But the broccoli cheddar soup?? I haven't been to Panera in a while, but stopped in for some bagels last week. The place is nothing like it used to be - not many patrons or vibrancy, and it was really just a shell of its former self. Brought home 6 bagels; tried one today, inedible (why!!!!). Wondering how you take a wildly successful concept (in it's heyday, Panera was great) and reduce it to a bad caricature of itself with shitty bagels and sorry looking pastries. Just another thing to leave to the past. Done...
Poor customer service all around. Tasteless, limp sandwiches arrived soggy and fell apart. Missing items.
Best bagels around. This is a busy location, but they don't skimp on the customer service. The interior could use an update, but it doesn't look bad at all. It just time for Panera Corp work on the brand a little more than the food. I normally only eat the bagels.
I had a scone.. it was too fluffy and had zero flavor
