The company remade my Tuna sandwich. My original was delivered from Grub Hub and my bread was old and stale. But they remade it and it was amazing. My Greek Salad was so huge and delicious! Definitely, a 10. The atmosphere was bad. Their bathrooms are always filthy, dirty and unkempt. It’s been like this for years and it was still bad on this visit. Smh. Panera bread is awesome place for dining. Very clean, great customer service and wonderful food..
We ordered coffee and food though the kiosk, but the coffee cups did not come with the order when we picked from the counter next to the kitchen. We had to walk back to the counter to ask for coffee cups, and the server made it sound like it was our fault, that we had to get it from the bakery. There were no instructions on the kiosk or anywhere that we had to specifically ask for coffee cups.
