Most of the time when I go it’s ok. The food is decent. Sometimes they are working on the drink area so it’s impossible to get lemonade and the soup is cold. I told the manager she blamed contactless ordering, that it was sitting there but I placed the order in the parking lot just before walking in. I get that things happen but instead of apologizing and just fixing it she placed the blame on me for it sitting. Would I go back ? Probably. The food isn’t terrible and it’s clean.
I went and had a terrible experience. Their customer service is a disgrace and I will not be back. I went and ordered a sandwich (I had to make an account just to order the sandwich). After ordering and paying, they tell me they don’t have the bread for my sandwich but they could offer something else which is was a price difference. French dip sandwich and chicken Cobb salad were very good.
Good food. The soup and sandwich combo is perfect for lunch. Friendly service. Inside and outside seating. Comfortable relaxing atmosphere. The dip sandwich was delicious
