Went to this Panera Bread last night around 7pm. Unfortunately, since my last review which was great, this restaurant has taken a turn for the worse. Very unsanitary conditions all over the place! The bathroom was filthy and smelled awful! 2 of 3 workers making the food were ‘undesirable’ to say the least! The carpet, tables and chairs were also very dirty. The cherry on top was the mouse I saw running in the side door as I walked out! Never again!!
Today I walked in and the cashier Charles was very pleasant, patient , and had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! He’s a wondeful staff member. Keep it up!
