The cashier Mark didn't give me my cookie and when I asked it to their manager (Lizz) said to me she had to asked Mark first. I spent more than $60 for our food and for a cookie which is under your promotion it seems that I will be snitch about it. I got to know that this cashier is also a supervisor and plus he is chewing GUM while taking my order. Is this the management running for a restaurant for a customer service is at first.
