Very disappointed breakfast today. Croissant dried out and old. Ham egg and cheese ok. Don't get fruit cup unless you like bland tasteless canned fruit mostly green rock hard melon and blah pineapple on top. Was early and quiet until a woman eating decided we all need to hear her loud speaker phone call. The croissant at BK tasted fresher.
I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and a baguette through the mobile app. They literally had to put two things in my bag, a cup of soup, and a baguette. They forgot my baguette. As well as utensils. 0/10 do not go here.
Today I went to Panera bread, and it was super busy today. In which, I can understand if they are a little behind on serving food or working. I ordered online and did a pickup. And it said it would be ready by 12:45. I didn't end up getting my food until 1:00 P.M, which is only 15 minutes, doesn't really bother me but still I had to wait. In the duration of the time waiting for my food to be ready, the kitchen staff kept quickly putting food on the table and some what being rude to many people.
