Today I went to Panera bread, and it was super busy today. In which, I can understand if they are a little behind on serving food or working. I ordered online and did a pickup. And it said it would be ready by 12:45. I didn't end up getting my food until 1:00 P.M, which is only 15 minutes, doesn't really bother me but still I had to wait. In the duration of the time waiting for my food to be ready, the kitchen staff kept quickly putting food on the table and some what being rude to many people. Service was quick and friendly. Joined the Sip club and got a free strawberry Basil lemonade and it's delicious!
