I don't like panera bread. Let's start there. There menu has changed and is much better. But this is just fast food with an ordering kiosk. Here's a one way menu you can pick exactly what we have when it comes up. What if I wanna add bacon. What if I don't want cheese. Not the kind of experience I want to have. Will not be back. I'd rather get chips from the gas station
