I've been going to Panera Bread for years and have NEVER had a bad experience until today. This is the first time Ive ever ordered from this location. We are extremely sick at home and decided to order delivery mainly for the soup. Not only did my tried and true sandwich taste bad is was COLD. My husband ordered a French Dipper and they sent that with NO dip/gravy and hardly any meat on it. Also cold. Their website said the preferred delivery was thru Panera. Ordered food for delivery, it arrived over an hour later. Things were missing from order and when we called they asked us when we would want to pick up what was missing, after we had already paid and tipped for delivery. They made no further effort to make it right. The food we did get only had meat on one half of the sandwich which nobody asked them to do. For some reason they threw some hard bread in the same bag as the sandwichs so anyone grabbing their food would also be rubbing their hands all over the bread. All of it ... read more
Spent 30 dollars for extra chicken and corn in my salad. I have exactly 20 pieces of corn in my salad and 8 pieces of chicken.
