I want to start up about saying how awesome the experience was. I hate coming to panoramic bread for they it has really gone downhill. Panera used to have great customer service but now it is completely no we cant or unwilling to make it about the customers experience. I do say this, saved me from buying an extra sandwich, soup, and 2 drinks.
