The black man who I'm sure is the manager is rude. I've had several interactions with him. He doesn't know anything about customer service so how he can become a manager is beyond me. Go to another location for courteous service.
Absolutely disgusting. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a pumpkin pie latte and was given a drink with completely rotten sour cream and or milk. I called the store to explain and asked for a refund and was hung up on by the manger. Needless to say I will not be back and will not spend my money at this location .
Genuinely, such nice people!! I called about wanting butter with my bread (I was having a terrible day and panera bread + butter is extremely comforting to me) and they definitely delivered!!! They were also very nice, even though it was a weird request. Thank you again!!!
