A really good panera bread summer salad.
Ran in on my way to work to get a steak breakfast sandwich to go. When I got back to my office and opened it up there was no steak on it, which is a pretty big miss considering it's the main ingredient of this sandwich. Called the location to get a refund but they refused to refund me over the phone and said I had to come back to the store. I dont have time to drive 15min back to the location and they didnt offer anything to make the mistake right. Absolutely rude especially the big girl wearing street clothes. The team lead Toria, if that’s how you spell it, seemed to be just fine with lack of urgency and bad attitudes from all team members including herself. Just two orders taking 20+ mins as 5 team members just bantered in the back.
Service was horrible. The server was obnoxious
