We got helped by Ali the manager amd he seem little annoyed taking our order because we took little time to order.However behind us was only one more costumer and he immediately swith to being nice.Treat your customers the same.
Me and my friends came in here today to get lunch. At first it was fine we ate and we left to go get drinks from starbucks. Once we came back to meet some of our other friends the manager came over and asked if we’re getting anything. We said no we were just with our friends as we ate there a bit prior. My daughter and her friends were kicked out of this place by the manager into 20 degree weather. The group of teenagers had a dinner in Panera and decided to go and get drinks from Starbucks, when they come back the manager came up to them and said, ‘you gonna have to leave if you don’t order anything.’ They asked to stay with their friends that still were inside for couple minutes until their parents pick them up because it’s very cold outside but the manager in a very rude and disrespectful way told them to leave immediate... read more
