Great customer service, staff was extremely friendly. Food was good in taste, but did not sit well in the stomach. The locations standards seem to be moving uphill but they have a long way to go.
Ordered the chicken Roma Asiago bagel for lunch through door dash. When it arrived it was completely burnt and inedible. I contacted door dash and they gave me a full refund but I still really wanted the bagel so I called before I put in my order to ensure my bagel would not be burnt again. When I called, I only got to explain half of the issue before the employee cut me off and said he cannot issue a refund.
