I placed an order through the app for Rapid Pickup. Waited 10 min past when it was due, ended up getting my sandwich with none of the customizations I requested, including extra toppings I paid for :(
Update from previous post: Panera Bread, without contacting me, refunded my $8.61. Not sure if b/c I was obviously displeased at the restaurant or b/c of my review.
Terrible - awful service. Used "Rapid" order kiosk for sandwich & fruit. Told it's ready when it's not. Given someone else's order. Got sandwich 7 minutes after the screen said "ready".
Yeah!! Panera close in. They are having less carb heavy options. Service at this spot is great and plenty of parking.
Typical Panera fare, in a new Montrose/River Oaks location. Restaurant is new, clean and easy to access. Welcome to the neighborhood!
